“Keep Your Head Up” Song Sync

Hello Beautiful Souls,

(This post was supposed to make it out on Monday, February 22, but life, children and tantrums got in the way.)

I truly hope you had a wonderful week and weekend, and were able to do something for you. My Monday morning started off interesting as I haven’t had a vivid song sync in a while. This morning I woke up to the wonderful chorus of Andy Grammer’s

We are asked to really keep going and hold our head up high even when things seem damn near impossible. To listen to your intuition and inner knowing that things are going to turn around on many levels, work, life, love, etc. Find one thing you are grateful for and hold onto it, let this be your motivation and focal point to keep your vibration higher. It’s not easy but you’re not alone in the journey.

I was guided to pull a card from the Energy oracle deck by Sandra Ann Taylor and the card that came was Envy. I was confused for a moment because the message was not quite clear, so I shuffled them and the same card fell out so I knew it had to be shared. I feel the card is more about the imagery in this case then the actual word Envy. I feel it really goes with the lyrics of the song and how self doubt and worry can stop us in our tracks but all that we desire is right here in front of us. We cannot let the little obstacles stop us in our tracks.

Be like the giraffe. See high above the situations. Open up to the messages of your higher self, your spirit team, the universe.

I don’t usually do a double song sync but since I was unable to get a blog post up yesterday to share I thought I would incorporate it into this post as I feel it may resonate with some.

Yesterday I was guided to spend some time in my office and just create. To play with paint, sprays, collage and let my mind wander so as to tap into what I needed to release and let go of. While I was creating this piece of art in my little art journal I received a channelled quote to put on to it as well as another song sync. So the quote I put was, “Do not let the heartache and tears of the past stop you from living and loving fully Now” and the song sync was Smokey Robinsons “The tracks of my tears”.

This is such a beautiful song and so deep, it shows how you can project one thing to the world but really be feeling absolutely broken inside for what ever reason. (I have attached the lyrics to the song below, as well as linked to azlyrics.

I Feel this is a message for the masculine and feminine collective that, just because you see the one another laughing, smiling and projecting a perfect happy life, does not mean they do not feel pain, sorrow, heartache, emptiness or struggle without you in their lives in one form or another. I sense that both have learned how to create such a wonderful illusion of a happy life that it can be very confusing for the counter parts but in reality there is far more going on behind the illusions.

This is the time of the great purge on so many levels, it’s time to get real and 100% authentic with ourselves and our counter parts. Time to see why we run from the greatest joy in life, LOVE. What old wounds and stories are we repeating to ourselves? What or who are we allowing to take our power from us, keeping us stuck in old cycles and patterns because it’s easier than facing our fears and true emotions? Remember some of the things we are carrying around with us are not of our own, they are connected to our ancestry, our mothers, fathers, grandfather and even from past lives.

I was guided to pull a card from the Oracles of 7 energies deck by Collette Baron Reid and the card that came was Earth Magic which validates the message above about the connection to our ancestries, our instincts ie coping mechanisms, stability and securities. So as for healing these are the areas in which we are struggling to deal with. These are old stories that are being brought up right now to clear. This is a hard one because of the state of affairs we are in currently, but we are asked to really trust in the divine at this time, trust in the universe and you’re higher self that you will be constantly loved, supported and protected.

You are magic dear ones and its about you remembering that aspect of your self on your own and a divine feminine and divine masculine, as well as collectively. The twin flames are meant to come into union (If its in your contract this lifetime) to bring about unconditional love, support, magic, and bliss to the world. I felt guided to add rest of the lyrics to Andy Grammer’s “Keep Your head up” as I feel once more its a reminder to keep on the journey, even when it gets really challenging know that things will get better.

Let Your Voice Be Heard.

I hope you all had a lovely Valentine’s Day. I had hoped to get a reading out to you all but it was not a really good day in my house hold. My child had many melt downs. I guess she is just really wanting to be heard.

I finally got to posting a video on my Youtube channel, so I will be sharing it below. This was just a general reading that I was guided to do using the John Holland Psychic tarot for the heart.

Nurture: your soul, your passion, your mind and your body. It’s time to make you a priority in this busy life. You are being asked to nurture your soul’s calling and bring forth your truth. Clarity of Belief: there is a lot of questioning and soul searching going on at this time. What we once thought to be truth is showing to be anything but. You are being asked and guided to really tune into your own intuition at this time.

Throat Chakra is all about honouring our truth, speaking up and saying how we feel. For so long many of us have bitten our tongue to get by but it’s TIME to really own our true feelings, say whats on our minds. No more saying YES to things when we really mean no. Joy and Stability, this card really is about the solar plexus, our personal power, setting healthy boundaries with people and bringing light and laughter back into our life. Many of us are digging deep and doing the inner work, healing inner child wounds that we’ve been caring for so long. Do something that makes you laugh and squeal like a little kid, paint, dance, build with Lego or play with Play Doh.

These last two cards were bonus pulls that I did live on the video. It really is about the dedicated effort we need to heal, and open up our hearts, and minds to greater possibilities, to truth, and to our own inner healing.

Messages and Manifestations.

Hello Beautiful Souls,

I hope you are all doing well and staying warm, healthy and grounded at this time. I do apologize for the lack of readings on my page, but between getting things ready and having clients I have not had enough time to get content onto the blog. I hope to do more lives and blogs as social media platforms are making things a little more tricky for small businesses and content such as mine.

I am really excited and honoured to share that I will be working out of Infinite Serenity Holistic Spa in the near future. I will be offering one on one spiritual counselling sessions which will incorporate the use of oracle cards, tarot and intuitive messages, art therapy, and other modalities. I will also be offering readings and reiki healings. Below you can see a few sneak peaks of the space. I just want to add that this opportunity has been years in the making, through manifestation, hard work and a lot of patience I am now part of a place I have loved from the beginning

The cards I was guided to use today was the Psychic Medium John Holland Psychic tarot deck. I love his cards. They are gentle yet so accurate.

Three card literally jumped out of the deck, I feel these messages really wanted to and need to be heard.

I am actually guided to read as a whole because they play off one another so effortlessly Third eye Chakra, Universe and Trapped in Fear. I am also guided to read from right to left. Trapped in Fear, what are we holding ourselves back from, internal wounds are keeping us real hostages from going after what we really want. Yes, globally we are also being bombarded with fear mongering and conflicting messages, but the universe wants us to look deeper at the situations at hand. To tap into your own intuition and inner knowingness to see what is real and what is not.

Fear is a lower vibration, it keeps us from pursuing our true soul calling and purpose. Hence why we need to keep our focus off the news and onto something that feeds our soul’s need. We are in dire need of connection, love, laughter, pleasure, support and communication. Find ways to connect with another person, watch something funny, meditate and raise your frequency.

The best thing you can do is turn off the negative shows / movies / news, and even music, and put on things that will lift you up. Create something. Pull out some crayons and paper and just draw, doodle or paint. Your inner child needs that nurturing and artist outlet. It will also help to process and clear those emotions and fears. Take one step at a time in releasing the belief that you are stuck. You are not stuck, you can take back control of your life if you really want. Call on the universe to provide the guidance you are seeking, meditate and connect to the universal language and frequency, which is love.

Allow yourself to feel with all that you are, open that heart chakra back up, feel the love and compassion flow through you. Remember your divine purpose here is not to be fearful, to be stuck in darkness, to be alone, its to shine your light and love on to this world in whatever way you are being called to.

Messages for those on the Twin Flame Journey.

I do feel that the masculines are very fearful, they are trapped in their own minds too much, worried they have blown things with the feminines, stuck in old thought patterns and beliefs that are no longer serving them and feeling trapped by circumstances. I sense that a lot of masculines that are not in contact with the feminines desperately want to connect with them, but again they know they have hurt them and are afraid of being rejected. Also because of conditioning and abusive behaviour that they may have experienced at the hands of the karmic or those close to them, they doubt their own intuition, feelings and even 5d communication.

Dear masculines know that your feminines do want to connect with you, they do forgive you, they hold nothing against you, the love is unconditional and their support is with you now. Trust the messages, signs and guidance you are receiving, OPEN UP your third eye chakra and your throat chakra, my dear souls it’s time.

TRUST THE UNIVERSE HAS YOUR BACK. ALLOW IT TO PROVIDE FOR YOU ALL THAT YOU DESIRE, GIVE THANKS AND BE READY to receive the messages, healing and abundance that is rightfully yours.

“BY YOUR SIDE”

Hope you are doing well and having a beautiful week thus far. It’s been a very interesting time with a lot of energy and pent up emotions.

I apologize that I have not been doing enough readings through here but I am following the guidance of my guides and spirit team, resting when I need to and allowing the messages to come through organically.

Today’s Channelled Message, I feel is not only a message for the divine feminine from the masculine but also a collective message from those that we have on the other side.

The message I am getting, is that the masculines are feeling very raw and vulnerable, regretful of loosing their beloved or cutting them off. I sense they feel they have lost them for good, even though that is not the case. The sense I get is the masculines replay over and over the way they have behaved, doubting their counterparts intentions, doubting their own feelings for the feminine and choosing to run and hide. The feminines want the masculine to know that they will never leave them, that they are by their side when they feel down and out, when they are at their lowest points, which is validated by the title of this blog and the song sync that came through.

Dearest masculines, you need nor worry your feminines are not going anywhere, they are focusing on what makes them happiest at this time, though your never far frothier thoughts. They are taking time to work through their own insecurities and wounds to help bring forth the connection, and to own who they are fully out side of the the twin flame journey so they can bring the best to the table when your ready to come back home, The love and healing energy is always there for you masculines, your counter parts are holding space, and waiting patiently so please do the work too.

The masculines do not have the support of even their karmic. I sense they felt abandoned throughout their time with the karmic, like, “Ok I have married you and they vows says for better or worse but when worse comes along you’re nowhere to be found”. This has left the masculines feeling so alone and the need to shut down from those around them. With their divine feminines the masculines got scared with how in tune they were with them. How much compassion, empathy and understanding was shown to them and they just did not know how to receive and accept it. The feminines want to remind their masculines of just how much they are loved and valued even in the separation, with no communication in the 3d that they will always be by their side, helping them through, holding space, and sending the healing energy to them.

The song by Sade also confirms a message that my son actually channelled from my dad last night. I was watching a documentary series called “Surviving Death” and I was asking my dad for a sign. No more than five minutes later my son comes downstairs and starts talking to me about my dad, and how he sees him and he is giving him messages that he is with us and loves us and so on.

So my dear beautiful souls, this is also a message from your loved ones that they are always by your side, watching over you, and finding little ways to give you signs. Ask for them, talk to them , invite them into what you are doing, the connection between loved ones never dies it just changes in appearance.

I am not sure who is needing this today but, you are loved, you are cared for, you are always supported and guided.
