Good morning, beautiful souls,

I hope this message finds you well-rested after a delightful weekend.

What a wonderful and busy weekend taking part with the Community Market Events at the Hastings Racecourse and Casio in Vancouver.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who visited my booth; it was a pleasure meeting each one of you.

Exciting update! The giveaway winner has been chosen, 

This week I was guided to pull a few cards for you from Denise Linn’s Sacred Destiny oracle deck. It’s such a lovely and inspiring deck to use.

The Sacred Destiny Oracle Deck was the first cards I was guided to for this week’s messages. The cards that came through for this reading were “Thriving” and “Forgiveness”. Both these cards play into each other.

Card 1 – Thriving

You are a magical, magnificent soul destined for amazing things, specifically put here to help in your special way. Recognize all the ways that you are thriving, not just surviving in this lifetime. Recognize and embrace your unique quirkiness; this was always your way. My sense is that you don’t even realize the true extent of your own powers. This is your reminder that it’s time to see yourself through a healthier and clearer lens. You were never meant to blend in with the rest of the crowd, and that made life a little more challenging. You may have experienced a lot of difficulties because of your uniqueness, but that did not break you or even hold you back. In fact, it led you to have more compassion, love, and understanding for others.

All of the pain and turbulent times only helped you to understand yourself, and others better. To see things through a less rosy lens, never taking anything for granted. It sent you on a deeper more spiritual journey. One which may not have occurred if you never experienced the challenges you had.

You have shown up for people with so much courage, grace, dignity and compassion. Always trusting your intuition to guide you in the ways to reach out. Even if it was not reciprocated in the same manner know that it was never a waste of time or energy. You are showing others how to live from a place of integrity, authenticity and pure love. Your soft and loving nature is what the world needs most of all. Never let the actions of others cause you to close yourself off, if you have.

I am sensing some are experiencing a lot of loss in their lives, such as loss of friendships. As we journey down the spiritual path and work on ourselves it seems as though our circle gets smaller and smaller. This can be painful and trigger other old wounds. This. is part of the process of deeper healing, but it’s also to help us clear out what no longer serves us. Be grateful for the times you had with these individuals; the moments of joy, happiness and love are all the things you hold onto. Allow yourself to release the rest with compassion. As our frequency elevates, we can no longer hold onto what’s not in alignment with our soul’s growth. Allow yourself the time to process the relationship. The ending is a form of grief and can take some time to work through. But be assured that not all parting of ways are permanent; some are just for a time so the other person and yourself can heal and learn what you need to.

Card 2- Forgiveness

What or who do you need to forgive? Is this a family member or romantic partner, twin flame, or friend?

Someone wants desperately needs your forgiveness, their soul is yearning for it. They are beating themselves up for the pain and heartache they have caused thought they wont come out and say it or show it. Life hasn’t been very pleasant for them since everything went down, a lot of truths are being unveiled to them, a lot ah huh moments are happening.

This card comes to you now as a sign that it is time to forgive those that may have been involved in some of the painful experiences. This is not for their sake per say, but for you. The stored up energy of unforgiveness is taking a toll on the body which comes out in pain, tension, angry outburst. Create a ritual that will help you to release the hurt and pain which will allow you to move forward into forgiveness. The full moon is a great and magical time to release what no longer serves your highest and greatest good. Write everything out on tissue paper and burn it in a safe place. You could also submerge it in water or tear it up. Do it for the next few full moons, until you feel it lifting from your mind and body.

Also this card is about forgiving yourself for the choices and chances you took. For the way things played out and for all the words you wish you never said. It all happened as it needed to for your soul’s growth.

Happy June – New and Exciting Things

I’m deeply apologetic for my prolonged absence from the blog. My life has been a whirlwind of juggling kids, managing health concerns, and balancing school responsibilities. The challenges escalated when I embarked on my Holistic Creative Art Therapy Practitioner course, a deeply absorbing and experimental undertaking. This course demands substantial focus and commitment, delving into personal healing and introspection. It has truly been an enlightening journey.

My unwavering passion and ambition drive me to deliver the most authentic and well-suited support possible. Achieving this requires continual personal growth, healing, introspection, and unwavering honesty with myself.

Several thrilling and exhilarating events are unfolding during the summer and fall. I’m teaming up with Community Market Events to facilitate invigorating workshops, guided meditation sessions, and exclusive parties. Moreover, I’m reigniting my Soul Sister Circle, creating a vibrant space for connection and empowerment. Initially, the gatherings will take place virtually through Zoom or Google Chat, infusing them with boundless energy and passion.

Art is not just a hobby; it’s a powerful form of meditation that gives you the chance to tap into parts of yourself that words cannot reach. Engaging with different artistic mediums using your hands, letting go of the need for a perfect outcome, is an utterly liberating experience for the soul. That’s why I’ve designed these two exciting workshops. They’re not just about overcoming obstacles; they’re about embracing your inner child, unleashing your creativity, and crafting without any inhibitions. The process of creating art can be a potent form of therapy, offering a channel for expression and release, fostering mindfulness, and bringing about a sense of tranquility. It allows you to navigate through your emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a constructive and imaginative manner, ultimately giving you a sense of fulfillment and contentment. Through art, you can venture into the depths of your subconscious, confront hidden thoughts and emotions, and revel in the sheer joy of bringing something new into existence.

I am thrilled to participate in the vibrant markets across the city put on by Community Market Events, including the lively events at the Hastings Racecourse and Casino on June 7 and 8, July 26 and 27, and August 9. With potential additional dates in the mix, I am eager to engage with the community at the Pipe Shop in North Vancouver come August.

Year End Musings and Messages

Hello Beautiful Souls Happy December

Well I cant believe how fast this year has gone, and December just seems to have flown by, partly due to the fact that the two weeks my whole family has been sick with a nasty cold and cough which has kept me from doing to much other then nursing my kiddos back to health and inevitable resting and recovering from the same cold.

This year has been filled with challenges, obstacles and blessings in discus, as I sit and reflect I learn to see the bigger picture as to why things happen as they do, what I needed to learn and where I still need some extra time working through some blockages, old core beliefs and patterning. We are all facing our own challenges and it’s all in how we approach the process that matters. This year I learned how to be more compassionate to myself and setting far healthier boundaries in my life, saying no to whats not in my highest and greatest good and forgiving myself for the things I didn’t do and part of that is my blog, my website and just really putting everything into it. I do not like letting people down or letting myself down for that matter, but something just kept me back from really giving it my all and thats ok, I have learned to be ok with where I am in my journey at this very moment. I want to provided the most authentic version of myself and come from a place of love, balance, and peace when I share the messages. and not just do things because it was expected or to keep up with appearances.

Here is to a New year filled with love, blessings, beautiful new beginnings and amazing adventures.

I appreciate your patience this year as I inadvertently was forced to take some time away from the business side of things and just allow the process to unfold and do some personal healing, learning and growing in many aspects.

Sunday Sacred Soul Care

Dearest beautiful Souls, today I come to you with a message from The secret language of light oracle deck by Denise Jarvis, I posted a sneak peek on Friday from the hospital on my instagram reels.

I pulled three cards, #45 Let Your light Shine , #8 meditation and #16 Ask your soul. (Thought I feel guided only to channel the one card as the others are reminder of what needs to be done)

These cards are symbolic of the spiritual process going on right now, the need to go inward and reflect, remain and reconsider certain situation at this time. We are in a. great time of purging and healing and with that comes clarity and enlightenment on many aspects of our life.

Many of us have gone silent, stepping away from sharing on social media and other avenues at this time as to protect our energy, to continue with our own healing, as this will help others as well as elevate us on our path and to disconnect and set boundaries. The shine your light cards is asking you to now come back out, it is time to share once more, your light is needed in this world. You may have felt like you have lost your spark or your purpose but it is there, It’s never been lost. Many of us hav allowed outside sources to disconnect us from our purpose, from our true selves, be it because of comparing our journeys to others, issues with social media and being censored, family issues and drama , what ever it is this is a call back to ourselves.

You have just been focused on everyone else that you may have lost your self. Honestly I feel this aspect so much right now. It is ok to make your self a priority if you don’t who will! This is a time of great inner healing and as we reflect and connect inward and remove those old core beliefs and programming we ill once again connect to our inner spark.

Be brave , be bold ,Be YOU authentically, do not not do anything that is not in alignment with your true self, this is were the meditation card and ask your soul card come in to play. It is through deep and meaningful reflection and meditation that we can discern what is in our best interest what feels right to our soul and heart. There is no point showing up in any other way than your true self. You do not have to do anything that doesn’t feel right for you or be or say things that don’t feel right to you just because others tell you to or want you to, this is how we loose our selves.

Some questions you may want to ask your self through this process are you being genuine to you, are you following your own guidance or that of others, are you happy where you are, is there something that need to be cleared or worked through.

You truly got what it takes to make the changes you want in your life, to accomplish your dreams and to be who you are meant your angels are reminding you that now is the time to step out of the comfort zone you have built for your self and reach for those dreams and goals. You can do it!

Soul care and self care are necessities in this day and age, and it’s not just manicures, and spa days. It’s reading a good self help book, talking to a good fiend, journaling your thoughts. It is learning to say no to people, place and things that may not resonate with you or that you just dot have time for. It’s turning off the t.v and meditation or just sitting in silence while you reflect on yourself. It can also look like seeing a therapist or healer for extra guidance an support on an issue, it can bee just making space to connect with your self through art, or music, what ever brings that joyful happy side of your self out. Music, art and sand play are such incredible healing modalities that can bring a lot of clarity and connection into your life. Self care and soul care is also cleaning out your environment of energetic stagnation, as well as clutter, take time to cleans and bless your surrounding, purge what no longer is needed.

Below are a few examples of my own play and healing journey. I have used art since I was a little kid to help me cop with hospital appointments, bullying, family drama, sadness, joy, love and happiness. I find it to relax me and to a great way to channel or process things I am feeling.

I also have recently started a creative arts therapy program which allows me to go deeper in to my own journey so that I may support other through there’s. You will also see my mandala I created in this program, take some time to connect with it, and see what comes for you. Leave a comment below.

*On a personal not as I am being guided to shared I am also taking this seriously, I refuse to post just for the sake of posting content, I only want to share when I feel truly called to do so, even though that may not be in the best interest of building this business up, I truly cant not go against my guidance. I want to offer the most authentic version of myself to you readers and to my clients and that means me doing things differently, and also doing my own continuous healing work, this is why I have not posted much in the last little while I want what I share to matter, to be authentic and to be divinely guided and todays message is exactly that.
