Good afternoon beautiful souls.
This week I have had several song syncs and I am guided to share the most recent first.
The lyrics I keep hearing are from @MileyCyrus song new song “flowers”
I found the lyrics in a lyrics.com

There are rumours that this may or may not be about her ex but i received guidance that there is a much deeper message. A reminder that we should always love ourselves the way we would want another to love us.
Being your own best friend is paramount. How can you receive the love you deserve or desire if you cannot give it to yourself.
The lesson in this time of isolation and ascension, where people are falling away from our lives in whatever form that may be, is for us to learn to be comfortable, in our own company.
To quiet the chaos and outside noise and connect with our true essence and to spirit.
This is not something that will happen overnight. It has taken me years to get to where I am, and I am still on this journey.
Investing your self through counselling, coaching or healing modalities that resonate to address any issues is part of loving yourself better. Reading and discovering books to help navigate your traumas or triggers is very helpful and allowing your self the time and space needed to work through things, to feel and process your emotions is so important. Society tells us that we need to be at a certain place by a certain age but this is all just an illusion, I face this myself as I approach my 40th birthday. I am not necessarily at the place I thought I would be as I approached this place in my life but you know what thats ok, I am grateful for where I am, for what I have learned and thrived through. Be proud of where you are right now on your journey, recognize how much you have truly thrived through, because thats what it is, each day we face new challenge and we meet them head on and thats a huge win.
