I’m deeply apologetic for my prolonged absence from the blog. My life has been a whirlwind of juggling kids, managing health concerns, and balancing school responsibilities. The challenges escalated when I embarked on my Holistic Creative Art Therapy Practitioner course, a deeply absorbing and experimental undertaking. This course demands substantial focus and commitment, delving into personal healing and introspection. It has truly been an enlightening journey.
My unwavering passion and ambition drive me to deliver the most authentic and well-suited support possible. Achieving this requires continual personal growth, healing, introspection, and unwavering honesty with myself.
Several thrilling and exhilarating events are unfolding during the summer and fall. I’m teaming up with Community Market Events to facilitate invigorating workshops, guided meditation sessions, and exclusive parties. Moreover, I’m reigniting my Soul Sister Circle, creating a vibrant space for connection and empowerment. Initially, the gatherings will take place virtually through Zoom or Google Chat, infusing them with boundless energy and passion.
Art is not just a hobby; it’s a powerful form of meditation that gives you the chance to tap into parts of yourself that words cannot reach. Engaging with different artistic mediums using your hands, letting go of the need for a perfect outcome, is an utterly liberating experience for the soul. That’s why I’ve designed these two exciting workshops. They’re not just about overcoming obstacles; they’re about embracing your inner child, unleashing your creativity, and crafting without any inhibitions. The process of creating art can be a potent form of therapy, offering a channel for expression and release, fostering mindfulness, and bringing about a sense of tranquility. I am thrilled to participate in the vibrant markets across the city put on by Community Market Events, including the lively events at the Hastings Racecourse and Casino on June 7 and 8, July 26 and 27, and August 9. With potential additional dates in the mix, I am eager to engage with the community at the Pipe Shop in North Vancouver come August.
