Trusting Your Spiritual Journey: Guidance & Healing

Good Morning, Beautiful Souls,

It certainly feels like it’s been a while since I felt inspired to do readings or pull any cards. I’ve chosen to let spirit guide me, sharing messages that need to come through when the time is right. Over the past few months, I’ve allowed myself to simply go with the flow—processing, evaluating, releasing, and trusting in divine timing. While I believed I was already doing this, I recognized that social media and its algorithm drama had drained my energy. I decided to embrace this setback and turn it into an opportunity. During this time, I participated in various workshops to develop and strengthen my gifts, upgraded my Reiki level, and focused on some inner healing.

Today however I was guided very strongly to pull some cards around what we needed to know going into this week, ie energy and any guidance. The tarot deck i was guided to was The Psychic Tarot by John Holland, 

The numerology alone was amazing four cards came through. 8- accelerated motion, 8- trapped in fear, 8- positive movement forward and 1- love begins. I have attached the significance of the number 8 below the channeling i received.

Channeled message:  While there has been an intense state of fear collectively and individually. these cards are here to validate that things are shifting in your life quickly (as well as on a larger scale). Pay close attention to your thoughts, words and actions at this time as they are very. powerful, it’s time to make alignment a priority. Evaluate where in your life it’s not congruent at the moment. Just because you can not see what is happening in the physical ( ie your manifestations, healing, change, ) doesn’t mean it not occurring, this is yet another reminder to trust in the process, to use this time of uncertainty to reflect, re-evaluate, release and take action towards the life you desire, your soul purpose, your destiny. When you are in true alignment everything will flow naturally and effortlessly. If you are experiencing any delays or setbacks at this time this is your opportunity to evaluate your motivation, your beliefs, and your fears around these specific areas of your life, it’s time to be truly honest with yourself in a gentle and loving way. This is not a punishment or judgment its just a recalibration of your frequency to unconditional love and a gentle redirection to what is truly meant for you, and this comes with clearing out deep-rooted and unhealed emotions like anger, fear, resentment, judgment and self-doubt. Remember dear ones you are loved and supported on this journey every step of the way, pat attention to the little ways that we are showing up for you, it’s in the music, the feathers, and the animals you may see, these are ways we encourage you to keep going and validate your on the right path.

Crown, throat, root and heart chakra healing, 

The words i was receiving for these chakra points were healing, releasing, balancing, transformation and security. These are areas in which we may be feeling the energy more intensely at this time, the call to heal, clear out and take stock of situations from our past that still need to be cleared. Where are you feeling stuck, what is this trying to tell you, what do you need to say but are finding it hard to speak up about?

🌿 Root Chakra (Muladhara)

Focus: Safety, security, stability, grounding

• What does feeling safe and secure mean to me?
• Where in my life do I feel most grounded? Where do I feel ungrounded?
• What are some practices or routines that help me feel stable and supported?
• How do I relate to my physical body and the material world?

Affirmations:

• I am grounded, safe, and secure.
• I trust life to support me.
• I am deeply rooted and connected to the Earth.
• It is safe for me to take up space and belong.

💚 Heart Chakra (Anahata)

Focus: Love, compassion, forgiveness, connection

Journal Prompts:

• Who do I need to forgive — including myself — to open my heart more fully?
• How can I offer myself more compassion today?
• What does unconditional love feel like to me?
• When do I feel most connected to others?

Affirmations:

• I am worthy of love and give it freely.
• My heart is open to give and receive compassion.

• Love flows through me effortlessly.

🔽️ Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)

Focus: Expression, truth, communication, authenticity

• What does it mean for me to live in alignment with my truth?

Focus: Spiritual connection, wisdom, divine consciousness

Symbolic Meaning of the Number 8
